“A New Start With The Right Heart”
Part One
5/29/17
Have you ever messed up in life? Have you ever made a mistake in life? If so, guess what. You are in good company. The bad news truth is that we all have messed up and made mistakes. The Bible says in Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” – Even as Believers, we have all in our saved life operated in our flesh and failed our Heavenly Father. That’s the Bad News. Check back next week via Part Two for the Good News.

“A New Start With The Right Heart”
Part Two
6/5/17
The Good News is that God is a God of another chance. He’s a gracious and merciful God. He’s a forgiving God. 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” So no matter how bad you may have messed up, all is not lost. If you would only apply and actualize this scripture in your life, God will indeed give you “A New Start With The Right Heart”.

“A New Start With The Right Heart”
Part Three
6/12/17
You see starting over is really not starting over if your heart has not changed. If you are really going to start over your heart must be right. You may not have messed up like King David did. However, as bad as he messed up, after he was confronted, convicted, and confessed his wrong, he asked God in Psalms 51:10 to create in him a clean heart and to renew a right spirit in him. The problem with some people is that they have heart trouble. Not so much as from a physical standpoint but from a spiritual standpoint. From a spiritual standpoint, some people need heart surgery. As I Close Part Three of this Devotion, please understand that until a person’s heart get right, they won’t be right. No doubt, from this spiritual standpoint of view God can make a person over again.

“A New Start With The Right Heart”
Part Four
6/19/17
The mere fact that you still have breathe in your body, says that there is still time to have “A New Start With The Right Start”. How great it is to know that until we breathe our last breath, failure is not fatal or final. You may be down but you don’t have to be out or stay down. Regardless of how you may have made bad choices and decisions, we can start over. No matter how bad you may have failed or flawed, it doesn’t have to be your final chapter in life.

“A New Start With The Right Heart”
Part Five
6/26/17
Even if you feel as if you have a book that’s full of failures and the book is too big to add another chapter. You have a great opportunity to start a new book. Don’t let Satan, Self, or Others hold your past over your head. Make it right with God and with whomever else you need to make it right with and start over. Life is precious. Life is short. God will give you “A New Start With The Right Heart” by giving you a new heart (Ezekiel 36:26). He will do a new thing in you. In closing, to whomever this devotion has ministered to over these five weeks, I’m excited about the new you. I’m excited about your “New Start With The Right Heart”.
